Still… I feel there is some hubris involved in stating that something is your best work. Perhaps it should be caveated with ‘so far’ and ‘as decided arbitrarily by me’. In any event, I think, of all the things I’ve written, these are (probably) above average and I would likely feel ok if I were to be judged on their merit alone.
